Sun revealed his position among the top holders of the TRUMP token and confirmed plans to attend a dinner for token holders hosted by Trump.

Atkins reiterated the SEC’s stance that meme coins do not qualify as securities, maintaining regulatory clarity amid increasing political involvement with cryptocurrency projects. The hearing highlighted the growing intersection of digital assets and political fundraising.
